CONSULTATION
During this interior design stage we will attempt to extract and understand as many details as possible about the vision and idea of the client. We will contribute to ideas and make sure that we have a full 360° understanding of the project and its full requirements.

CONCEPT
Based on exact layouts & site inspection, we will create a 3D model concept. As part of the package we include a PP album with a variety of artistic inspirations and a multitude of visuals to showcase the vision guidelines that will be concluded towards the final design.
This album and the discussion around it serves as the perfect opportunity to narrow down and filter the best ideas, and colour schemes that will be the foundation of the detailed design work.

INITIAL DESIGN
Once, together with the client, we have filtered and agreed upon the concept ideas and layouts we will then develop these materials onto a more detailed stage. Sample boards including flooring, colour scheme, fabric textures and furniture. Given the pre-approved concepts and materials, we will develop sketch visualisation for each area.

DETAILED DESIGN
By this point, we will have a clear confirmation around the total budget. More, all of the initial sketches, items and furniture choices will be developed into a comprehensive, detailed design. This would integrate all the MEP details, as well as other main and secondary elements such as flooring, furniture, lighting etc.

DELIVERY
At this stage we will select the best and most suitable contractors that can offer the right blend of quality, pricing, lead times and communication.
We will oversee this entire process, making sure that our design is fully duplicated and emulated by the contractors.
We will also have occasional site inspections.
06
HANDOVER
This stage covers the completion of the project. During this stage we attend the site, review final works and FFE items, examine any defects and remedy potential inconsistencies & errors. For commercials projects, we can assist with professional photography of the space for a comprehensive image gallery.
